I am Stacey Cabot, Mum of 4 and Wife to 1.

We live in Brisbane and love Hockey and watching sport, (apparently). We I am more the romance and drama tv and reader. 

I love cooking but hate cleaning up because everyone eats my food and I am left with the mess. I am much better at educating if you eat you must clean, now they are older.

I started last August my self journey to put my health and well being first.

I have learnt so much and want to help others on the Peri menopause journey. Those raising boys and overwhelmed. Those who get stressed by tax and hate trying to find the right products for their hair and beauty needs.
